With a continuous operating temperature of 293° F (145° C) and good dielectric properties, Zeus PET Lay-Flat® Heat Shrink tubing offers a cost effective solution for a broad range of applications.
Our Lay-Flat tubing is not a spiral wound material so it is available in 500ft or longer seamless lengths spooled. This space saving configuration allows us to ship 1" ID tubing on a 500ft spool that will fit in a convenient 9" box. We have eliminated common uneven spirals of the material and our Lay-Flat® tubing saves labor cost associated with using alternate products like film or tape.
By customizing the expanded ID's specifically for your application we are able to reduce the longitudinal shrinkage. Current capabilities range from walls of .002" to .008" and Lay-Flat® widths of 1" to 6". We can match colors, stripe or mark on the tubing and cut to any length.
Note: Ultraviolet (UV) light will decrease the thermal properties of this material.
